Cocha Care provides NDIS disability support, in-home care, community access, personal care, and related services. All services are delivered according to your agreed support plan.
2. Eligibility

3. Booking and Cancellations

Bookings must be made via our website, email, or phone as per our standard process.

Cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
4. Fees and Payment

Fees are charged according to your agreed support plan or service agreement.

Payments are due as per invoices issued. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

All personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and NDIS requirements.

Information will only be shared as necessary to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.
7. Liability

Cocha Care takes all reasonable care in delivering services.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
